Great car buying experience all around! I called Verne Eide Honda after a less than pleasant experience at another dealership. I had found a couple of cars online that I was interested in lo I called Verne Eide Honda after a less than pleasant experience at another dealership. I had found a couple of cars online that I was interested in looking at for my son. I talked to Chris and told him what I was looking for. We set up a time to meet so I could look at the car. By the time I got there he had everything ready to go. He knew what I needed to know about the car that I was interested in and explained things very well. We met in the afternoon and drove the car home later that day. He sat with my son and showed him all of the ins and outs of the car and made sure to answer any questions. He was very pleasant and did great with the 2 year old that came along with me (and it takes a lot to win her over :)) Thanks Chris for a great car buying experience. We will see you in 2 years when we are ready to buy a car for the next teenager! Alex went through the extended warranty in great detail and answered all of my questions. It was a quick and easy process. I was impressed by their customer service. We bought 4 cars just last year and this by far was the quickest and easiest process. We will definitely be back.
