2008 Honda Ridgeline stabilizer link issues I had to have the front stabilizer links replaced in my 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Within about a week, I started to hearing a knocking or banging noise c I had to have the front stabilizer links replaced in my 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Within about a week, I started to hearing a knocking or banging noise coming from the front suspension. When I took my Ridgeline back into Verne Eide, Alan listened as I described my issues, and believed me when I said these were noises that were not occurring before my most recent service visit. The service team found out the replacement stabilizer links they had installed were bad and had already broken. Alan ordered OEM parts for my Ridgeline this time, and did not charge me for the higher cost replacement part or the additional work done. He got my Ridgeline back into the shop quickly and the replacement parts were installed quickly. I appreciate having a service advisor that I can trust with vehicle issues and that looks out for my interests as well. I would highly recommend Vern Eide for any vehicle service needs. More

blew me off! I even left messages with her. This was my situation.... at the time I had $2000... it was all I had but I figured there has to be times when someone trades in a car that you can't put on the lot...Maybe it has body dammage or something is wrong with it that you don't put it out... I am a Pastor of a very small church in Viborg, SD so I have limited income... and my husband is disabled...each day is a gift for us so I can't count on his disability to make payments from. I asked if there wasn't something you could do to get in a car for $2000. Called a few times and could only get a hold of John Morel and I suppose he got tired of me and told me, "These things can take months." I waited months... Unfortunately, I had to borrow a very unreliable car from my daughter and had to put money into it just to be able to drive it. I no longer have the $2000 saved and I know I can't get a car now, but what I need to say to you, it that your word is no good....at least to those of us who can't buy your $20000 car... You come across in advertising as being helpful and even have given cars to teachers( I think) or pastors but that's just show... You Don't care. And so today when I got an unsolicited email from you, I decided it was time to let you know that I don't trust you and someone could have at least called and told me they wouldn't help me and I am extremely disappointing in Vern Eide and No I will never recommend that someone buy a car from you. John and I met last summer when he found me the best car on the day we met! I was very pessimistic on car salesmen I've met until John, it seemed like I never had any good luck with any of them or it always ended up with unpleasant experience. It usually put me under the unnecessary pressure - just worst feeling. I had many questions but hesitated because of the past experience; however, John was the first one listened to and gave me the honest answers. It let me to think more and be open and helped me to make a right decision. He always makes himself available and very approachable. Even year after like now, he is still there for me and remembering my preference!
