Loved the car, LOVED the service! We walked into Verne Eide Honda after having a not so great experience somewhere else and as soon as we walked in, Randy was there to greet us. My husband and I sat down with him and he talked to BOTH of us. (Not JUST my husband.) He really listened to what we had to say, what we wanted in a car, and what our budget was. Randy picked out the perfect car for us. We took it for a test drive and when we got back to the dealership, he gave us a price (in our budget) and did not pressure us at all to sign right then. Based on how much we loved the car, and how kind Randy was to us and how comfortable he made us feel, we walked away with a brand new Honda CR-V! Thank you so much Randy for your kindness! We will definitely be back! (We also had a wonderful experience during the financial portion with Mark. He explained all of our options without any pressure to buy it all.) More

He was willing to work with me on every angle, even stay late with me at the dealership the day BEFORE the purchase only for me to go home without the vehicle. But the next day we made it happen — AND he helped me transition everything from my old vehicle and made it a super easy process with my crazy toddler with us, lol.
