I must mention that my first impression was not the best as I wanted to look at and finance a used 2008, 170k+ CR-V. I was told the finance looked good so I drove 106 miles one way to test drive this vehicle. Only to find out there was no financing on it as it had too many miles. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. BUT...it really was a blessing in disguise. I was shown a 2013 CR-V with 90k miles and after going through my finances and contacting my insurance company I took it for a test drive. I absolutely wanted it. This vehicle was purchased new there and traded in there. All it's maintenance and repair history is there. I drove it home and the next day I heard a bearing noise from the rear. I called and requested that both rear bearings and the rear differential fluid be replaced. They made the appointment and I brought it back a few days later. The staff at the service center was awesome. They listened and got it in right away. I was taken off guard when almost an hour to the minute it was done. I was planning on spending most of the day there either arguing about my concerns or waiting for the repairs to be completed. In and out with a smile. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a shot when you want a new or used vehicle. Even though they are a bit of a distance for me I will keep bringing my vehicle there for it's maintenance and repairs. They did a great job with me and gained my confidence. If/when it's time to replace this vehicle I will do it here. More

I have the kids with me and not too excited to do that but I stopped and as I looked Gordy took the children gave them Pizza put a movie on for them so I could do my buying in peace. Went from an Accord to a Pilot and LOVE it. If that’s not going the extra mile I don’t know what it is. More

On our way to Sioux Falls from Chamberlain, a loud, very EXPENSIVE SOUNDING metal noise started from under the car. I called Vern Eide Honda once we reached Sioux Falls and Jodi (Casey?) assured a loud, very EXPENSIVE SOUNDING metal noise started from under the car. I called Vern Eide Honda once we reached Sioux Falls and Jodi (Casey?) assured me they'd at least be able to get my car on the hoist & see how "involved" a fix would be. Upon driving into the service bay, I was met by Tim Boyer who immediately "called it". LOL He said it sounds like brakes. It turned out, in addition to my front brakes, we also needed a new heat shield. Very Eide Honda had the parts delivered & the problems fixed within 3 hours of my arrival. I am extremely grateful for the fast & easy resolution that got us, safely, back on the road!! (Per my work order, the work was done by Matt Toering, tech. Thank you, Matt!) More
