Repeat Customer! It's doubtful we will ever purchase another vehicle anywhere but Vern Eide. Excellence For months, I’ve been contemplating about getting a new car. I honestly didn’t know what I was looking for, because there were so many to choose from. For months, I’ve been contemplating about getting a new car. I honestly didn’t know what I was looking for, because there were so many to choose from. I was really skeptical at first, because of the salesman stereotype. I believed that these people will try to sell anyone anything. I was wrong. I had so many questions and worries that I scared myself out of the car-buying process. I reached out to a friend that works at Vern Eide and expressed my concerns. Within the next few days, KB contacted me. I was surprised, because I hadn’t expressed my questions to him before, but here he was listening to all my questions and assuring me. He was really understanding, patient and kind. I had a huge decision to make and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Everyone I talked to was really knowledgeable about the ins and outs of my questions. It was going to be a super late night for the people that assisted me, but they were never unwilling to help! About a couple of hours later, they won my business!
