Jordan & Ronnie went above and beyond with their customer service. My daughter bought her first new “used” car and the service was amazing. As I was leaving, I told my daughter that normally buying a car service. My daughter bought her first new “used” car and the service was amazing. As I was leaving, I told my daughter that normally buying a car is not this much fun. Due to some mix up, we had not received the title paperwork. On the day before her temporary license expired we reached out to Verne Eide called to find out what was going on. The customer service person I spoke with on the phone apologized and said she would make sure we got the needed information in time. (Since we leaved out of town, I assumed that they would priority mail express the title information so we had it the next day.) That night I received a call from Ronnie calling to make sure someone was home because he was driving the title paperwork over personally so we could get to the court house the next morning. More
