Jordan & Ronnie went above and beyond with their customer service. My daughter bought her first new “used” car and the service was amazing. On the day before her temporary license expired we reached out to Verne Eide called to find out what was going on. The customer service person I spoke with on the phone apologized and said she would make sure we got the needed information in time. (Since we leaved out of town, I assumed that they would priority mail express the title information so we had it the next day.) That night I received a call from Ronnie calling to make sure someone was home because he was driving the title paperwork over personally so we could get to the court house the next morning. More

I've used Vern Eide Honda for my crvs since 2005. They have also done an excellent job of caring for my crv and advising me of any problems they see, which are few.
