Vern Eide is a class act from start to finish. It was easy to schedule my 75k mile appointment. After I dropped my Pilot off I received a text from Alan so I could contact him with any questions. It was easy to schedule my 75k mile appointment. After I dropped my Pilot off I received a text from Alan so I could contact him with any questions. When the technician was done with his inspection of my car, I received a text with a link to a video of the various things he inspected, including the two things that were a problem so I could see what he was talking about in real time…love this! I then went to a link where I could see the cost of (and approve) any recommended services without ever having to get on the phone to talk to anyone. Soon after I received confirmation that they would take care of the issues during this same visit. Once my service was complete I received a call from Alan to let me know my vehicle was ready. I then received another text giving me the option of paying in advance so I could pick up my vehicle faster. I chose not to do that but it is a nice touch. When I arrived, I was helped immediately and had my car back minutes later. I also appreciated the complimentary car wash! Receiving this level of service is what keeps me coming back. I won’t go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced. More
