Bryan ALWAYS greets us by FIRST names & is ALWAYS so helpful no matter what we are there for. When I bought my Ridgeline new almost 6yrs ago I was Bryan's first new vehicle sale & boy did my husband mak helpful no matter what we are there for. We drive over an hour just to do service @ Vern Eide & we have truly have not really had an issues that Bryan has not been able to help us get taken care of. He really does go above & beyond for his customers. It would sadden us if he ever thought to leave Vern Eide. You don't find many sales people that truly care like Bryan does about his customers-it's more than just a job to him!!! More

Randy went out of his way to offer multiple options for me to consider after my car was totalled. He kept at it until he found one that I liked.
