I purchased a new car 10 months ago and had a great experience. This was my 4th Honda I've purchased from Vern Eide and my previous sales person was no longer there. I called to talk to a salesperson experience. This was my 4th Honda I've purchased from Vern Eide and my previous sales person was no longer there. I called to talk to a salesperson and was transferred to Randy. He was great to work with and helped answer all my questions and made the purchasing experience very smooth. After I had the car 3 months, a large pop spilled in the car at a fast food drive thru. I wanted to have the carpet cleaned, but wasn't sure how to go about it, so I called Randy. He set-up the appointment for me and made sure the carpet was cleaned and everything looked great. I was only charged $10 for the service! I was very impressed. Randy also followed up with me after my purchase and I know if I have any questions or problems going forward I can call him and he will help no matter how long it has been since I've purchased my vehicle. That kind of service is why I keep coming back to Vern Eide! I would definatley recommend Randy to any friends and family looking for a vehicle! Also, he took the time when I purchased the vehicle to make sure I knew how everything worked and even took the time to set-up my hands free for me. More

Bryan ALWAYS greets us by FIRST names & is ALWAYS so helpful no matter what we are there for. When I bought my Ridgeline new almost 6yrs ago I was Bryan's first new vehicle sale & boy did my husband mak helpful no matter what we are there for. We drive over an hour just to do service @ Vern Eide & we have truly have not really had an issues that Bryan has not been able to help us get taken care of. He really does go above & beyond for his customers. It would sadden us if he ever thought to leave Vern Eide. You don't find many sales people that truly care like Bryan does about his customers-it's more than just a job to him!!! More

Randy went out of his way to offer multiple options for me to consider after my car was totalled. He kept at it until he found one that I liked. The first (and only) visit to the body shop was also a refreshing experience. Randy made sure they were expecting me (and aware of my tight schedule on this particular day), and the staff treated my like a queen - I felt like I was at the spa! I would definately refer any of my friends and/or family to talk to Randy if they were considering a vehicle change. More
