On Easter of 2012 I had trouble with my transmission. I mistakenly brought it to the Ford dealship because I thought it would be a small fix and they would have the parts. It turned out that my transmission was shot do to improper fuid put in be the previous owner. Vern eide did not have to help me since i was getting the warranty work done at Ford, but they gave me a loaner car to use for 2 weeks until my car was fixed. They went above and beyond and I can t thank them enough. More

Julian was a great saleman. He went the extra mile for us to be sure we got the minivan we really wanted. He sold us our 07 Accord brand new in 2007 and now we have an Odessey that is so much fun.
