You hope to never see these folks but on a recent trip my wife and I met an uncovered gravel truck which dropped some of its load at 65 miles an hour across the hood and into the windshield of our Pilot. We took the car in the following Monday for repairs, got a free loaner for the wife, and for the next few days hoped the car would look like new again. It was ready for pick-up on Friday and looked GREAT! Black is not an easy color to work with but the repairs look "factory". As I said, these are guys you really don't want to see but, if you do, be assured they will take excellent care of you and your car. More

He was very informative and educated about the different options in vehicles and financing as well as tailoring them to my needs as a single mother and what I was looking for. He was able to assist me in chosing a car that best suited our needs. Kelly stayed late to close the deal with me so that my daughter and I could take the new car home with us Saturday evening. I was very impressed with how smoothly and efficiently he handled the deal and how he made it such a simple seamless process. I wish all car salesmen were as professional and easy to work with as Julian. We bought our car right before closing and he washed the car himself and stayed to explain everything about the car to us. The work with as Julian. There were a couple little niggly things, and Julian instantly said "bring it back & we will fix everything". Julian and Vern Eide have been wonderful. When we were back in to get the things fixed 2 weeks after we bought the Pilot, the Manager remembered us and details such as what my husband does for a living. Impressive considering how busy it is there. I recommend them and will be going back to see Julian when it's time for a new car. More

Wow!! In 40 years of purchasing my own cars, I can honestly say this was one of the very best experiences I have EVER had. Julian had worked with my sister's family for the last 10 years and she alway honestly say this was one of the very best experiences I have EVER had. He is very knowledgeable about the product, there was absolutely NO pressure, his input helped me to get what I needed to have for my trade-in, and last but certainly not least his friendliness made the down time go quickly; he is a keeper for your dealership!! The dealership seems to have a great reputation for being honest in their dealings and a lot of the testimonials I read supported the fact that beyond the sale, they really want to help put you in a vehicle that you love and that is best suited for you and your needs. I would say that my experience was no different. If you're planning on purchasing or leasing a vehicle, I would definitely recommend this dealership and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Mr Sid Youngsma as a salesperson. I recently leased a Honda Civic from Howie Lien. This is my 4th Vehicle purchased/leased from Honda. And…. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Howie has always been great to work with, but t my 4th Vehicle purchased/leased from Honda. And…. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Howie has always been great to work with, but this last time he went above and beyond. I needed to upgrade to bigger car and he worked very hard with the Finance department and management to make it happen quickly. He worked with me over the phone so I didn’t have to sit at the dealership with my kids all day. He got me into the exact car I wanted! I love my car! When I did come into the store, he talked to my kids and included them in the whole process. My teenage daughter was able to see how financing works and learned about credit. Howie let my 10 year old son help with taking off the plates on my old car. This was a great experience from them. I'm sure they will always remember going to the Honda Dealership with Mom to buy the Civic! Howie is ALWAYS friendly and approachable. He keeps in contact and follows up when he says he will.
