Thankful to get a Loaner Vehicle I called one day after noticing I had gone over the 5,000 miles and they got me in right away. They even gave me a loaner vehicle to use to go to my 3 I called one day after noticing I had gone over the 5,000 miles and they got me in right away. I didn't have time for a vehicle wash and they made a note I will get one anytime I can fit it in when I travel to Mitchell again and have more time! Awesome! More

I have always taken my vehicle here to have its regular maintenance taken care of. I recently had a recall that needed to be taken care of, and Josh Trevino was the one who helped me get that taken care of maintenance taken care of. Oil change and fix an issue with the rear tail lights not wo Service was great and friendly. The issue with the tail lights was a broken wire in the wiring harness. Not on schedule but I got quick oil change anyway. MY appointment was NOT in their schedule. Someone forgot to enter it on there PC. The Shop Mgr. on duty found a way to get my oil change done if I wou MY appointment was NOT in their schedule. Someone forgot to enter it on there PC. The Shop Mgr. on duty found a way to get my oil change done if I would cone back at 11AM. I had other things to do, so that would work out OK. I came back at 11 and was out by 11:45. Saturday is the best day for me to get an oil change done,,, I am happy I did not have to put it off for a week,,, so praise is due the Mgr. on duty Saturday 11/30/19. My son had an issue with his car, we took it to Vern Eide and the price to get it fixed was going to be high, but we needed it done. A few days later, Brian called and said that he found out that it had an and the price to get it fixed was going to be high, but we needed it done.
