We were in the dealership to service our vehicle. I am not sure who my husband talked to in the service department. We have always been pleased with the service department. Pat, our salesperson seen us and approached us and asked if we would be interested in looking at the numbers to update our Expedition. We said sure, we like working with Pat. She was way ahead of us, we hadn’t even thought about updating, but now that we did we are very happy about the decision. Pat was looking out for us. The gentleman we worked with doing the paperwork was very great to work with too. The next day I stopped to drop off a few things and ask a question, a young man helped me right away, answering my questions. We will always have our new vehicle serviced at Vern Eide as we are very happy with their service. More
I need to adjust my rating from 5 stars to 1 star as it won't let me rate any lower. I want to start by saying that i have been a loyal customer for 13 years and have purchased 11 cars in that time frame. won't let me rate any lower. My husband took his truck in the other day for service and got it returned to us with a huge cracked windshield. Strange since it suddenly had 2 chips under each wiper blade that weren't there a week before when we had the hail estimate done on the truck. Talked to service department and was told it was that way when they got in it. Asked them what they were going to do to fix this situation, was basically told not their problem. Called and left a message to talk to the service manager he didn't even bother to call back. Called to talk to the manager of the mitchell Ford location and his response. I'm not sure how that could have happened and said he would look into it. It has now been a week and nothing back from them, so I guess he doesn't care about it either. They would be more than happy to fix and then charge us for the repairs. This is how you treat customers who have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with you? Ridiculous! If this is how you are going to take care of loyal, long term customers, then I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere. Guess maybe the other company in town that, from what i heard, treats their customers with respect. So its up to you vern eide ford keep long term loyal customers or lose them. Make this right, and i will gladly change my review. If not, then i will tell everyone i know to never shop with you More

My daughter came in for an oil change and was asked if she wanted a tire rotation she flat out told them "NO" and no means no. Service what service also her plastic car covering came off on her way home a week later because service did not put in the screws correctly. No apologies no I want to make this right or what can I do to make this right. And they wanted us to give them another shot because things have changed well things have not changed I guess we will keep driving 50 miles north to keep getting our oil changed at least we know our service is done with pride and perfection More
I met Jacob Nikolas from the Sales Department after bringing my car in for servicing. We had spoken by phone earlier in the week. I hadn’t decided if I wanted to trade my car off, but knew the demand was high everywhere for used cars. My car was appraised just in case I decided to trade my car off. There was only 1 Ford Escape on the lot at the time, as the others were being used as loaner cars, so I took it for a test drive. Jacob and I talked about the car as he and I drove it, and when we got back, I told him if I got another car, I didn’t want black leather seats. I would also like a SEL not SE model. He told me they had one that had everything I had asked for with tan seats, but it was loaned out and he could get it for me. He figured out the price I would owe on the car with my trade in and rebates, and I finally said okay. I met with Kelsey Hanson in the Finance Department to complete the transaction. Since the car wasn’t there, and it would need servicing when they got it back, I decided to pick it up on Friday after work. Jacob sent me a picture of the car on my phone so I could see it, and when I got there Friday, I looked for it on the lot. I met Jacob and we went straight to the car. We got in the car and he went over the dash and everything in the car. He had already set some items up for me already. We got my seat adjusted and took it for a ride. He told me to contact him anytime with questions on my car and he will help me. I have already called him on things and he is so patient with me and very knowledgeable on the car. I am blessed to know him and will recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car. You are lucky to have him working there in your Sales Department. More
