When we decided to purchase a new vehicle we went straight to Vern Eide. We were fortunate to meet Les Neugebauer in the outside lot. Les very patiently sat with us for a long period of time going over every detail of the Escape and then later over the paperwork. Les is a very friendly, knowledgable salesman. Les goes above and beyond what is expected. He took our vehicle in for the extra coating and leatherwork, has called numerous times to see if we have questions and if we are satisfied with the vehicle. We are very happy with the Escape and the price we paid for it. We feel that Les is more a 'friend' then a 'salesman' to us. He is a huge asset to Vern Eide. The dealership experience was good all around, I thought I should have got lease agreement than I have, with the trade in of the 2007 F150.
