the number of emails I received after the purchase were a bit annoying. The emails said that I bought a different truck than I did and were offering me things related to that other pickup - it took repeated bit annoying. They also really push for a positive review - i mean a perfect one - for instance the email i received today said that for every 5 out of 5 review he gets it will enter you into a drawing for a $50 gift card. After buying the truck the sales-person said that if he didn't receive a perfect score on his review he would be penalized - so I guess when you read the great reviews - you know why. having said all of that my experience was very good and would go there again in a heartbeat - the price was very good from what I could tell and the people were very friendly. I just wish I could give an honest review and still be entered into the drawing for a gift card :) my review is 5 out of 5! More

We contacted Les in regards to buying a Chevy pickup because we had no luck getting a decent pickup with other dealers because of our poor credit. Les went back to the finance department and was able to get us a 2010 Chevy Z71 with no down payment and work with and really listened to what we really wanted in our new vehicle, unlike most salesmen we have talked to. I live in Ohio I tried to purchase a used Ford F150 Limited locally. I felt uncomfortable at one dealership and had a TERRIBLE experience trying to buy my truck from another. I found the vehicle I wan Limited locally. I felt uncomfortable at one dealership and had a TERRIBLE experience trying to buy my truck from another. I found the vehicle I wanted on line....in South Dakota. I reached out via the Vern Eide Ford website and was promptly contacted by Corey. I've heard about people buying a vehicle site unseen and was skeptical. Cory was able to answer every question I had and made me very comfortable. I had concerns about the true condition of the truck. He crawled all around it, took many pictures and emailed them to me. I was worried about rust at the bottom of the inside of the doors. Corey quickly took more pictures which showed me there were no problems. Corey committed to me that he would inspect the truck as if it was being purchased by a memeber of his family. The only problems he found were two small stone chips that had been touched up on the front bumper. I was able to get all the service records and a squeaky clean Carfax. The biggest challenge was to make plans to get my new truck. I looked at one way flight costs and gahered quotes to have it transported. None of my options were attractive. Cory, along with the Vern Eide Ford team became very creative. There was a vehicle in Ohio they needed to pick up and it was two hours from me. Arrangements were made to complete my purchase in Ohio. My truck was delivered to me in Ohio - at no additional cost to me. I received my truck, freshly washed and with a full tank of gas. Even the driver represented the quality of service, trust and friendliness I enjoyed with Corey I have had may share of poor experiences with customer service. I cannot think of a time when I received better, more personal service than I did from Corey. I got the truck I wanted at a fair price and with exceptional service. The truck delivered exactly as Corey represented it. My 2008 F 150 Limited looks like new. I am very happy to own it and thrilled to drive it. As mentioned, I was nervous buying a truck sight unseen. I received better service and a better vehicle at a fair proce from Corey who was almost 900 miles away than I found possible from dealerships within 30 minutes of my home. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from Corey and Vern Eide Ford again. More
