All of the sales staff was very friendly. Sometimes the negotiating involved with buying a new vehicle can be a bit stressful. We did not buy on our first visit but went home and did more research. We found another Midwest dealer that had a bigger discount but we preferred to buy locally and these guys matched the offer, In the end the buying experience was fun. The young parts guy we worked with was really nice. Sorry but I don't remember his name. Typically, the add on items can be a big profit center for new car sales but this kid was not pushy at all and was very helpful. We worked with a number of on-line dealers prior to making this purchase. We would not go back to most of those dealers due to difficulty working with them but I would not have any issues going back to Vern Eide Ford. In the end this was actually a fun experience working with them and I would go back to them. More

They were able to get his car in in short notice knowing he had to get back to school in Hutchinson, MN. Overall they are a great company to work with. I would recommend them to my friends and family, in fact I already have, whenever anyone asked me about my Ford Edge, I always told them that I loved my car and where I purchased it. Charlie Bates was very helpful in explaining the terms of the lease and the advantages of leasing. Cory Marek initially showed me the vehicle and took me for a test drive, he was great! Ben Sevigny completed the transaction and showed me all the features of the vehicle and spent a lot of time making sure my I-phone was synced with the vehicle. He found that my phone needed an update which I hadn't done and he did that for me.
