I chose to lease a new Ford Explorer, Limited and traded in my Ford Edge which I purchased from Vern Eide 2 years ago. I was very satisfied with that experience also and I absolutely loved my Ford Edge. I'm positive that I will love my new vehicle as well. The staff were all very helpful and very friendly and extremely accommodating regardless of how many questions I asked. I would recommend them to my friends and family, in fact I already have, whenever anyone asked me about my Ford Edge, I always told them that I loved my car and where I purchased it. Charlie Bates was very helpful in explaining the terms of the lease and the advantages of leasing. Cory Marek initially showed me the vehicle and took me for a test drive, he was great! Ben Sevigny completed the transaction and showed me all the features of the vehicle and spent a lot of time making sure my I-phone was synced with the vehicle. He found that my phone needed an update which I hadn't done and he did that for me. Tyler Laffey was very friendly and helpful during the final paperwork part of the sale and explained anything that I asked him about. All in all I had a satisfying experience with the dealership. the number of emails I received after the purchase were a bit annoying. The emails said that I bought a different truck than I did and were offering me things related to that other pickup - it took repeated bit annoying. They also really push for a positive review - i mean a perfect one - for instance the email i received today said that for every 5 out of 5 review he gets it will enter you into a drawing for a $50 gift card. After buying the truck the sales-person said that if he didn't receive a perfect score on his review he would be penalized - so I guess when you read the great reviews - you know why. having said all of that my experience was very good and would go there again in a heartbeat - the price was very good from what I could tell and the people were very friendly. I just wish I could give an honest review and still be entered into the drawing for a gift card :) my review is 5 out of 5! More
We contacted Les in regards to buying a Chevy pickup because we had no luck getting a decent pickup with other dealers because of our poor credit. Les more than listened to what we wanted in a pickup and gave us a couple of options. One option was a down payment that we just were not able to do at the time. Les went back to the finance department and was able to get us a 2010 Chevy Z71 with no down payment and work with and really listened to what we really wanted in our new vehicle, unlike most salesmen we have talked to.
