I was looking for a used car to get better gas mileage. I am the kind of person who does lots of research online beforehand. When I noticed the car I had in mind on the lot, I stopped in. I will be honest, I hate buying cars and hate high pressure salesman. Mack seemed young, but was incredibly polite and respectful. Don't let his youth fool you! He was awesome! I explained the car on the lot that I wanted but would prefer another color. He instantly started typing, trying to find the color and model I wanted on other Vern Eide lots. He took time to help me find exactly what I wanted. No high pressure to buy more car than I wanted. No pressure to buy the car on the lot. No pressure to hurry up and sign, but when I chose to buy Mack and the rest of the team were respectful of my time and got me out quickly. The lobby area and lounge is awesome! Vern Eide Ford is definitely going to be a regional vehicle shopping destination. Big city selection, small town customer service. More

The sales staff was welcoming and friendly and worked with me for hours as we sorted out my credit and I signed for my car. I think I spent four hours in the store that day. I was scared to go by myself to make such a big investment, but Wayne, Dan, and Craig Engelland made me feel completely comfortable. Mack was the best salesman I have met so far. I was shopping around for a new or used vehicle that would be baby friendly. Oh, and within my budget! He gave me wonderful advice for the right car.
