I now hold in my hands, the keys to my new car tonight. With in the last two years, I have now purchased my 2nd vehicle from Vern Eide Ford. Chris Brink was a great salesman! he knew everything about the vehicle from top to bottom, on top of that he went out of his way to double check all the fluids and tire pressure after he gassed it up! The finance office was tremendous as well ! They got me a great deal on a gas saver for this up coming year. I really recommend Vern Eide of Mitchell to everyone. They truly do care about making you satisfied, also to mention the car I purchased was very clean!!! I cant believe its a 2009 and it looks brand spanking new, almost all the vehicles I looked at were in awesome shape! Go check them out. We leased a Lincoln MKX & put down a very large amount of money, plus bought the extra package of $1595 for the oil changes & the extra coatings, tire package, windshield etc.. were promised the be amount of money, plus bought the extra package of $1595 for the oil changes & the extra coatings, tire package, windshield etc.. were promised the best service for going with a Lincoln, (what a joke!!) would get a Lincoln to drive when we were getting our car serviced & so on, on our first oil change my daughter was going that way so dropped our car off for the oil change but was given a Ford Fusion, which I called them & got that straightened out, basically had to remind them we leased a Lincoln so were suppose to get another Lincoln to drive while it was being serviced. Guess that was the start of not being treated right!! Next Oil change time, they (The Service Manager in Service Dept. basically told me they won't give me a car to drive let alone a Lincoln, anyway, from that point on we had our service done by our local dealer instead of Vern Eide !! So paid the $1595 package for nothing, never took car back to them after that, now it time for buy out & they are telling us that the car is only worth $32,000 which when we leased it we were told it would be worth about $40,000 or more & buy out would be $ 35,000.00, which we didn't have a problem with til now when they are telling us it is only worth $32,000 but we still would have to buy it out at $35,000, & this is on the least amount of miles of 24,000 & only 27 mo. Lease which we have 3,000 less mile then that on the vehicle & it is in A 1 condition !!! Don't know how in the world a car can lose that much value in just 2 yrs, let alone a Lincoln!!! This not only gives Lincoln a bad name but Vern Eide too!! The car basically cost us $1.00 per mile !!! Unreal!!!! Basically we were told buy another dealer that "Man they really seen you guys coming when they made that deal with you" & that they never would have treated us like that !! All I can say is Thanks Vern Eide for ripping us off, we will be sure to tell everyone to go somewhere else if they are looking to buy or lease a vehicle!!! We had heard other horror story's about this Dealership before & now we know it is all true. A Hard Lesson we had to learn but we will never recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy or lease a vehicle. More
