I purchased on a late Saturday afternoon & had some details work added to the vehicle, meaning the shop would have it ready early the next week. Well, I live 150 miles away, but this didn't seem to matter to Wayne or Vern Eide, as they had the new vehicle detailed and delivered to my door step a few days later. Now that's customer service! Overall, the process of purchasing can be nerve racking, but I did not feel that way with VE. I would ask to work with Wayne Jones again, as he is low pressure but not stop until he finds the exact vehicle one is searching for, as well as extremely cool and friendly. More

They sent, not only pictures of the vehicle I was interested in buying, but Cory took Videos of the vehicle for me to watch. He did this while the temperature was at or below 0. I flew in at 10:15am, they had someone there to pick me up at the airport. It was about an hour drive to the dealership. I inspected the vehicle, signed all the paper work, they got me great financing. I was on my way home by 2pm. So refreshing to work with a dealership that truely appriecates your business. Within the last couple years my husband and sons bought new Ford pickups @ Vern Eide Ford in Mitchell. They were extremely pleased and impressed with the experience so we came back this year to shop for a new Ford pickups @ Vern Eide Ford in Mitchell. Les Neugebauer was willing to go above and beyond his duties to give us a great shopping experience! It was extremely cold out and he never complained once, he just took it all in stride. We had originally asked if Wayne Jones was around, but it was his day off. But to our surprise when Les visited with him on the phone he came in despite the circumstances. Wayne too has always been extremely helpful and I appreciate his sense of humor! He has always been courteous and knowledgeable and tries his hardest to get us the BEST deal! I've been a resident of Mitchell and the surrounding area for 37 years and have known these two guys almost as long. With that being said, I recommend them and the Vern Eide team to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. We hope to be as satisfied in the years to come as we have been in the past!
