Outstanding Salesman We drove 1 hour to look at vehicles, upon arriving at Vern Eide in Mitchell, SD we were greeted by Nate Satrang and he showed us a couple of Escapes. We drove 1 hour to look at vehicles, upon arriving at Vern Eide in Mitchell, SD we were greeted by Nate Satrang and he showed us a couple of Escapes. He went over all options for both vehicles, we told him we were just out shopping. he never pressured us into a sale. one week later we called Nate and told him we were coming to look again, before we arrived he called us to let us know the Escape was sold, but when we got there he started to search for other Escapes. he did a spectacular job working with us on what we were looking for. he was friendly, curtious, and willing to o out of his way to find us a vehicle. we would recommend Nate and Vern Eide Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle. Once there he showed us the units we were interested, provided valuable suggestions and information for our consideration ...and in the end put together a deal for us that allowed us to purchase a 2015 F350 in the price range we were going to spend for a used one.
