We were greeted immediately as we walked in the door and treated like royalty while we were there. The staff at Vern Eide Ford was very accommodating and went above and beyond to not only sell us the vehicle we wanted but to take the time we needed to make sure we were comfortable leaving the lot with it that night. My wife and I went there in search of 2 new pickups trucks. After Meeting with Sales Consultant Jordan St. Claire and Jim Wilson, we decided to make Vern Eide our new dealership. We recently moved to SD and had no idea where to go. They were very welcoming and made us feel like we were part of the family. With Jim's help, we were able to make selections based on needs in our local area and Jordan's willingness to find our selections, we bought a new F350 and F150. We will be back and reccommend them to those looking. It was worth the 2 hour drive to get there! More

Johnson I brought my vehicle in for an issue I was having and not only did they not fix it and take forever todo so. Of note, I did not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle prior to buying my Mustang GT Premium from Vern Eide Ford/Lincoln. My wife, on the other hand, was able to drive a stick, and actually was the one who drove the car during our test drive. As embarrassing as this was for me, Jordan was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. He made the whole process a pleasant experience. Jordan's enthusiasm and willingness to work was absolutely great. When we arrived everyone was friendly except for a manager. We drove over five hours to get a vehicle and he didn't even acknowledge us. He knew we were in the building and he did not introduce himself or even say "hi." I was extremely put off by him. I thought he was extremely unprofessional and expected more out of a MANAGER. A simple "hi" or "thanks for coming" would have been nice. Everyone else that we worked with was fabulous, though! This dealership had SUPER friendly staff. The vehicle we purchased was not completely detailed, but I worked through that. I had to take a baby wipe and wash off the back of the driver's seat and part of the passenger's seat, but those are small details that I could deal with. More
