He provided all the information I could ask for and sent videos of the vehicles I enquired about. The up close videos showed details of the areas I was interested in. It was the next best thing to being on site. After several cancelled appointments due to my work load I was finally able to visit Vern Edie Ford in Mitchell and found the vehicle to meet all expectations. Mack was patient and provide detailed rapid responses to all emails and texts during this period. I find it hard to believe that any dealership can beat Vern Edie Ford on quality of customer service, pricing and overall experience.
