If my sales person (Craig Tischler) did not know a rhe answer to a question he just said I do n I started my search while passing through Mitchel SD. My current work load prevented me from visiting dealers over the last several weeks. I found a vehicle I was interested in at Vern Eide Ford and started chatting with Mack Miller. He provided all the information I could ask for and sent videos of the vehicles I enquired about. The up close videos showed details of the areas I was interested in. It was the next best thing to being on site. After several cancelled appointments due to my work load I was finally able to visit Vern Edie Ford in Mitchell and found the vehicle to meet all expectations. Mack was patient and provide detailed rapid responses to all emails and texts during this period. I find it hard to believe that any dealership can beat Vern Edie Ford on quality of customer service, pricing and overall experience. I have had the opportunity to purchase several vehicles in the past Mack Miller and Vern Edie Ford staff made this the most memorable one.
