Andrew did an awesome job it looked cleaner inside and out then when I bought it he even got the melted cr I had my car washed and carpets shampooed . Great People! Friendly Service! Solid Inventory! My lease was coming to a close and I wasn't sure how that process worked and what my options were. I had scheduled to sit and chat with Adam and when My lease was coming to a close and I wasn't sure how that process worked and what my options were. I had scheduled to sit and chat with Adam and when I walked in, I was greeted by Nate as Adam was finishing up with another customer. I told Nate the car that I was looking at and he went out and brought it up to the building for me (which required some extra work on his part and I appreciate(d) that). While Nate was doing that, Adam finished up with his prior client and I was able to sit and start working with him. Although it was a busy day for the team, everybody was great to work with! Adam was very helpful, answered my questions and while we waited for finance and management to open up, we sat and shot the breeze for a bit - which was great because I had known Adam from years ago so working with a familiar face and having some common ground really took a lot of the awkwardness out of the situation and made it more personalized rather than just being "the next client/customer". Adam was great! Super willing and friendly as I've always known him to be! Working with Billy in Finance was great as well! He was clear in explaining the paper work, what each sheet was for and outlining the details and making sure I understood and agreed before signing. He was also great in answering any questions that I had at the time! I returned a lease as it was coming to a close and chose to re-lease as I enjoyed the car I had and the lease process is easy and straight-forward. With other commitments that I have in the upcoming months, I was also not prepared to purchase a vehicle and leasing puts you in a guaranteed reliable vehicle - which is just what I needed. Thank you to all of those who were willing to help me out! I returned my '14 Ford Fusion for a '16 Ford Fusion. They're both GREAT cars and I am overly satisfied with the decision I made and the service I received! More
