2015 Ford Focus Purchase @ Mitchell, SD with Mack Miller I was searching for a Ford Focus both 2016 or 2015 model years. My searches were within the Minneapolis / St. Paul Metro area. As I reviewed the car m I was searching for a Ford Focus both 2016 or 2015 model years. My searches were within the Minneapolis / St. Paul Metro area. As I reviewed the car model trim packages, I determined the Titanium package would be the best option for my needs. It's the most expensive option as well. The area car prices exceeded my initial budget. My aunt purchased two vehicles from a Vern Eide dealership in the 1990's and had an excellent experience. I remembered this in my car search and randomly visited the website of their Ford dealership. What I found was more than pleasing. Cars that I wanted with the correct trim package within my budget. Their pricing was less than the Minneapolis market. There was no hassle or haggling either (That's what I like and made the trip worth it). I quickly connected with Mack Miller and we made the car purchase happen within a day over the phone and on-line (about 2 emails and 2 phone calls). Mack is a great salesman and advocates for his customers. He's prompt, great with "follow up", customer service skills are excellent, and he's detail oriented. My wife and I used a 1 way car rental on a Friday and spent a night in Sioux Falls, SD. It's a beautiful city and we enjoyed ourselves. The next morning a dealership shuttle (Dick was our driver) picked us up. We had an excellent time chatting with him and in awe of his knowledge of vehicles. Our Saturday afternoon with Mack (Sales) & Ben (finance / manager) was excellent. Both Mack and Ben serve our country in the SD Army National Guard and are fine gentlemen. Our trip home was nice and we enjoyed our new car. It was an excellent experience with no hassles and an element of fun. We will return to the Vern Eide Ford & Lincoln dealership for future purchases. If you are looking for a good experience and great pricing, ask for Mack and you won't be disappointed. Good people that are down to earth and place their customers first. More
