Exceptional Experience I reached out to the dealer via email and I explained that I wanted very specific information on leasing a vehicle. They provided me with exactly wha I reached out to the dealer via email and I explained that I wanted very specific information on leasing a vehicle. They provided me with exactly what I requested. As this dealer is an hour away from me I committed to the purchase over the phone and explained that I would arrive the next day to finalize the paperwork. They had done everything they promised, detailed the new vehicle, filled it with fuel, explained many of the feature, etc. The waiting area was comfortable and everything was very professional. Automotive repair We were traveling on a Friday of a holiday weekend. We were about 20 miles east of Mitchell South Dakota on I90 when our engine light came on. Excellent customer service. I recently traded my "beloved" car in for a newer model and was a bit apprehensive about doing it. I received great customer service from Blaine Tirr I recently traded my "beloved" car in for a newer model and was a bit apprehensive about doing it. I received great customer service from Blaine Tirrel all through the process from taking us out to drive the car and explain all it's features through the actual sale. After the sale, I had two things that needed to be fixed and Verne Eide stood behind their product and took care of both things immediately. I was very impressed with the Service Department. Thanks for being patient! I do not go on a car when they are open! One bad experience is the reason. I drove past the lot looking everyday at the blue escape! One day I decide to stop and jump in the drivers seat. As quick as that a sales man was there. I was on edge! I explained that I didn't need help I just wanted to sit in the car. Blaine asked if he could tell me about the escape. I was ok with that. He was very nice and understanding as I told him I was not ready to buy the car. I asked for some info about the escape. I took the book home and read up. The car was sold before I was ready to buy. I still watched the lot everyday for another blue escape. I was finally ready to buy my car as Blaine called me to tell me that they had a blue escape on the lot! No pressure equals no problem! Blaine was very through about teaching me everything about my new car! This car purchase was the best I have ever had. I would recommend Blaine as a top notch sales man to everyone!
