Excellent service! I brought my car to Vern Eide in Mitchell for an 80,000 mile check and new tires. Gary Thury in the service dept. went out of his way to assist me in the process. Gary printed off comparisons and specifications on my options. He provided sound advice and guidance on the selection. What really impressed me was when I dropped off the car for service, Gary took some of his own lunch hour to personally drive me back to my house to get my pickup so I could continue my day. Gary was patient, personable and showed sincere interest in helping me. I will definitely return to Vern Eide and I look forward to working with Gary again. More

Great Service, great service rep I love taking my truck to Vern Eide Ford. The Service Department staff are awesome, especially Pam Enggelland! After the purchase of my new 150 there were some issues. The dealership bent over backwards to assist and fix everything exceeding my expectations.
