Excellent! I broke down in Mitchell on my thru and Vern Eide Ford was awesome! After my vehicle was towed there, they got me in right away! Of course, the reason for the breakdown was a fluke in the computer system, but these guys did everything they could to make sure I would be safe to travel when I left. Jim Senger was very courteous, patient with my questions and was nice enough to help me hook up to my trailer when my vehicle was done. Jax was my mechanic and he was wonderful. He told me he drove my vehicle about 15 miles just to make sure it wouldn't stop running again. I have had zero problems since! So thanks again Vern Eide Ford, Jim and Jax. You made breaking down a lot less scary! More
