Not on schedule but I got quick oil change anyway. MY appointment was NOT in their schedule. Someone forgot to enter it on there PC. The Shop Mgr. on duty found a way to get my oil change done if I wou MY appointment was NOT in their schedule. Someone forgot to enter it on there PC. The Shop Mgr. on duty found a way to get my oil change done if I would cone back at 11AM. I had other things to do, so that would work out OK. I came back at 11 and was out by 11:45. Saturday is the best day for me to get an oil change done,,, I am happy I did not have to put it off for a week,,, so praise is due the Mgr. on duty Saturday 11/30/19.
