Just purchased a 2024 f350 and the folks at Vern Eide Ford were great to work with! I came from out of state and they made sure there was a driver at the airport to pick us up and take us to the dealersh Ford were great to work with! We were in the dealership to service our vehicle. I am not sure who my husband talked to in the service department. We have always been pleased with the service department. She was way ahead of us, we hadn’t even thought about updating, but now that we did we are very happy about the decision. Pat was looking out for us. The gentleman we worked with doing the paperwork was very great to work with too. The next day I stopped to drop off a few things and ask a question, a young man helped me right away, answering my questions.
