He did an excellent job coordinating communications the entire week between the insurance adjuster, parts to be ordered, repair department, and myself to have my 2010 F-150 repaired in as minimal time as possible. Nathan also loaned me an excellent truck for the week that was very much appreciated in getting to and from our farm during some days of slick snowy road conditions.
