Customer Service is Always Top Notch! In 2015, I had purchased a vehicle from a dealership in Sioux Falls. However, it was a lemon and they weren't going to give me my money back. I drove out to Vern Eide in Mitchell to look at Yukons. Levi Hilkemeier was so helpful in helping this solo girl find a safe and reliable vehicle! He and Mike worked with the SF dealership to get my money back so I could buy a new Yukon! He went above and beyond, always answering my texts/calls after hours, and making sure I was taken care of! Now I was in the market for another Yukon and I didn't even think twice of who I was going to work with. Levi, again was extremely helpful! Since Levi is now the Business Manager, he also brought in Jared DeWaard to help with our purchase. Jared was very kind and helpful as well. I just cannot say enough good things about the Customer Service of these men! Being a female, there have been times when I have walked into dealerships and been completely ignored. Vacation trip - new tires We had a flat in the middle of nowhere. We were able to change out to our spare. Got us in & out right away on a holiday weekend.. Even provided a loaner so we check out the sights while we waited. More
