The manager Gene, made it very easy to decide on the pickup we wanted to buy. Levi, the finance person was very helpful in getting the paper work filled out and the gentleman who delivered our truck was very thorough in helping us get the truck set up from OnStar to cell phone linking and much more. Gondeck tire service I had a slow leak in my front tire on my 2017 Tahoe. I arrived 10 minutes before closing time on a Friday afternoon. The Service Adviser, Tammi Winter I had a slow leak in my front tire on my 2017 Tahoe. I arrived 10 minutes before closing time on a Friday afternoon. The Service Adviser, Tammi Winter, asked technicians Alex Hosier and Elliot Hernandez to stay late to look at my tire and fix, if possible, since I planned to return home the next day.. The tire had a side wall puncture so it could not be fixed and they did not have a replacement tire in stock (a replacement tire would not be available until Monday). I requested that they install the spare and I returned home the next morning. Tami and the technicians were very helpful and pleasant throughout the process. Nice work and thanks. . More
Went above and beyond I took my car in for oil change and received a call that the air vent also needed replacement. Was not expecting that and was tight on funds. Having just lost my brother I was struggling a little. The tech paid for the filter out of the goodness of his heart and I was overwhelmed with that. More

Repair Service My son and I were on a road trip across the U.S. when his car broke down west of Mitchell, SD. We Googled dealers around the area and found Vern Eide My son and I were on a road trip across the U.S. when his car broke down west of Mitchell, SD. We Googled dealers around the area and found Vern Eide Dealership that said they repaired all brands of vehicles. Called the repair service and talked to Tami Winter, Service Advisor, about the break down and she took it from there by arranging for a tow truck, to locating the part for next day delivery and scheduling repairs. She helped us locate a room, provided a list of local restaurants, a map of the city and a loaner vehicle. She was assisted by the following employees: Technician Pete Lux, Service Advisor Ashley Schulz, parts Ron Bertram, office staff Cindy Miller and Jeremy Miiler. The team members were very professional, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership whether you need a new car or repair service....EXCELLENT Dealership....one of the best I have dealt with...Thanks. More

The service manager is a BULLY I was traveling through SD and my truck started making a loud knocking noise I called Jim in service was more than willing to help After looking a I was traveling through SD and my truck started making a loud knocking noise I called Jim in service was more than willing to help After looking at my truck for two hours it was not the ticm and they were still looking After five hours I was then told it was my ticm. None stocking part 1400.00 and four days to get Jim gave us a loner truck and we waited five days and then told me the ticm didn't fix my problem Then they thought the injectors 4200.00 , I told Jim I would not pay for items that didn't fix my truck The tech fought against the injectors even thought GM told him to replace after 9 days the tech found that the flex plate was broke , no where near the ticm or anything to do with fuel I was against paying for a part that didn't fix my problem but CRAIG said it was not his fault GM told him to replace it and it was his fault my 05 truck had 263000 miles and if I wanted my truck I had to pay the bill in full Then I asked him to honor Jims word by giving me something in writing since the tech cleared the codes not the part that was installed since I was traveling and he refused and wasn't going to give my truck to me. I spent 9 days and 2500.00 and it should have been one day and 1000.00 Ihad talked to sales about ordering the new medium duty truck come spring of next year but after my dealings with CRAIG I will not spend another penny there CRAIG is bad for retaining customers ,hope your dealership can over come. I welcome upper management to contact me to get the rest of this story since space is limited More
