Mr CRAIG , refused to refund me for the part that was installed that was not part of the scope of work to fix my problem. I was assured by my service writer it would fix the knocking noise and it didn't . I'm in the market for a new truck right now , but I'm not buying from this dealer. I was told they didn't expect to get anymore of my money since I was an RV er . Little do you know the impression you have at anytime will effect you or your business down the road And it's funny that when I posted the first review I was told it would not post for 30 days giving the dealer time to contact me to try to resolve this issue . Which they didn't attempt to contact me about this issue
