However, someone had recommended Emily to us and we dealt with her from start to finish with only one brief encounter with her manager. I will honestly say, had it not been for her personality and her handling the deal, we would have continued to look elsewhere. She was attentive and accommodating without being pushy and overbearing (which can happen with salespeople). She was very real and made us comfortable.
