The Service Manager (Mike) fit me in to an already busy schedule and could not promise that Casidy and Chalee could fit the a wash/detail job, but he would ask them to try. I dropped of the car and ran some errands with my wife, and when I arrived back at the Service counter I was told the girls fit the car in for the wash/detail. This type of can do service is why I buy and get our family vehicles serviced at this location. Get Job Casidy, Chalee and Mike for getting us taken care of at the last minute. More

Easiest Way to Purchase a Vehicle I have put off looking for a new vehicle because I did not want to deal with the salespeople. So I decided to go to Mitchelle instead of hitting up the regular places I had looked at in the past. I made a phone call before I went and was still not looking forward to "wasting" my day. The minute I arrived at Vern Eide Jon Hatwan put me at ease and took care of everything. There was no pressure at all, just whatever I needed. The entire experience was easy and comfortable. I did not waste my day and I ended up with exactly what I wanted! Jon even delivered it to me after it had been cleaned and ready to go! I strongly recommend making the trip to Mitchelle where they treat you like an important customer no matter what gender you are.
