Weeks later and I'm still waiting for a follow up call...??? My answers to this survey are based on my most recent dealings with Vern Eide Acura as I have always felt that was such an awesome place to have my RD My answers to this survey are based on my most recent dealings with Vern Eide Acura as I have always felt that was such an awesome place to have my RDX serviced ect... However, my husband and I realized after the fact that certain repairs that were done at more than one visit should have been covered by our extended warranty but were never even submitted. This warranty was sold to us by Vern Eide Acura when the we purchased the vehicle so I feel they should have been aware of it's benefits. And now, as I'm trying to get this resolved and was told that someone would be getting back to me a business day short of two weeks ago, I am still waiting for that call. In the meantime I emailed the general manager (the one that told me to expect a call from the service manager) 9 days ago advising that I have not received a call and did not get a response back on that either. Very frustrated and disappointed with the way this is being handled. More
