I had a bad experience/horrible misunderstanding with my rep David quoting/charges. He called explained details of diagnosis. I declined the repairs agreeing to pay the cost of $310. He called me back stating my total cost would be $775 adding a labor fee. He apologized stating he read the wrong invoice when he originally told me $310. I had a panic attack over the amount with zero repairs. I left my job and had a friend go with me to go get my car. On my way there David calls back and says he spoke with his manager and they would lower the cost to $620. I told him that was not acceptable I want to speak with his manager when I get there. When I arrived I let my friend talk to David because my mind was not calm 😡. We insisted to speak with the manager! He goes to his manager and they settle with me paying $310 for the diagnostic fee.
