A horrible experience that cost me money I had a horrible experience. it has been a month and I am still dealing with it. it cost me 2 days of work. 1st, I called because the AC was not worki I had a horrible experience. it has been a month and I am still dealing with it. it cost me 2 days of work. 1st, I called because the AC was not working, the service agent, Kevin, did me a favor (he kept making that remark) by seen me the next day. They loan me a rental that was not equal to my car, but I did not complain trusting the dealer. I was told no estimated time to fix and since I had to travel next week, i was better off dropping the rental before I leave. on the week my car was in service, I called and texted twice to know about the car. Considering they had told me to drop off the rental, you would think the car would be ready, but it was not. it was ready until friday, so for two days, the guys told me to return the rental and be careless. This represented 2 uber around $ 45 and a long walk. I picked the car Monday, I trusted again the dealer and did not check it there. minutes after I see the door was scratch. I took it back after calling a manager named Richard, who never came to meet me. Michael helped me on this part. He and only He explained what was supposedly done to my car. Kevin never explained anything. After another week, I go pick the car up, on a Friday. after is out ofnthe dealer, I see that the ac in the rear of the car is not working. menaing, again, the dealer did not check the service they had done. You woukd think that 3rd time it would be fixed, but no I had to take it again and not on Friday, tbey could only see me the next Tuesday, so i had to spend a weekend with no ac in the rear of the car. I dropped the car and after 4 times going there, it was fixed. of course, the rental place is chsrging me 30 bucks for some gas they allegedly say I did not put. So I called your executive office and Diana said they would credit the charge. it has been 2 weeks and all I got is some fake invoice but not transaction crediting anything. it was horrible experience and it cost me 2 days works, extra money on gas to refill the rental, uber and long pains dealing with you. More

Dropped the ball with sketchy recovery attempt We initially went to Vera to get Rhino liner in our 2016 Chevy Colorado truck bed. That's a different review. On the way to the lining appointment We initially went to Vera to get Rhino liner in our 2016 Chevy Colorado truck bed. That's a different review. On the way to the lining appointment, we noticed that the seat on the driver's side was coming apart on the bottom. Juan (Rhino liner) sent us to see Edwin in service. We had to make an appointment for another day; they wouldn't even take a quick look at the seat. The day of the appointment, they took the truck for 2 hours and came back saying it was fixed. Before we even got out of the service bay we saw that it was not fixed in any way. We grabbed Edwin to show him and he said they'd have to order the seat cover, so he'll do that and call us when it comes in. Edwin sent a text the next day stating that we'd now communicate via messaging. We replied and asked for confirmation that he'd contact us when the seat was ready; got a resounding "YES SIR". About a week after our visit, via text, we got a request to complete the GM survey. We responded that we'd consider it if we'd receive and status update. Nothing. Repeated requests for an update on the status via their text msg system, met with crickets. Finally I called (on Saturday; 3wks later) to find out what was going on. The guy answering the phone says he couldn't see if it was ordered, he'd need to contact the parts department and he'd get back to me "next week". Sunday afternoon we get a text saying we have an appointment Monday morning. I called Monday and asked what it was for, since we didn't make the appointment. Edwin calls back saying "I said let you know when the seat was in". I asked pointedly if it was in, and he said "No, this appointment is to find out which part to order". Asking why it took him 3 weeks to get back to us about not ordering the part yet, he had the nerve to try to claim that it hadn't been 3 weeks. Technically, no, it was only 18 days... The initial poor repair, the lack of follow up, and the feeling that they tried to get us back into the shop 1) initially trying to claim that the part was there only after I called to follow up, and 2) without first confirming that we would even be available, leaves us with a bad feeling about the place. More

Richard Gonzalez Is Awesome Long story short. I have an '03 Lexus RX300 and brought my baby to Vera Cadillac for an oil change (another long story why I brought a Lexus to Cadill Long story short. I have an '03 Lexus RX300 and brought my baby to Vera Cadillac for an oil change (another long story why I brought a Lexus to Cadillac for oil change, which is irrelevant.) I got the oil change. Then, a Trac Off and VSC light were illuminated after leaving the dealership. (These lights were not on when I got to the dealership.) I crossed my fingers hoping it would go away. I went back to the dealership to speak with Richard Gonzalez, who is the service manager. He not only made me an appointment at a Lexus dealership, but made arrangements for Lexus to fix this minor issue. This tells me a lot that even though I will not be bringing my Lexus anywhere but Lexus to be serviced because of this small inconvenience, that I was still treated very well at this dealership. Vera's technicians are completely competent, but because of different computer system checks between Cadillac and Lexus, it created a small issue. When I choose another vehicle, I will definitely consider a Cadillac and would only go to this dealership. I was very impressed and wished I had a Caddy so I could go back to this dealership! Richard has so much courtesy, so much professionalism and so much respect for customers' time. He is awesome and if Vera has Employee of the Month, this gentleman deserves it!! More
Vera Cadillac service has been superior. I deal each time with Gustavo Rodriguez. Not only is he knowledgable in service but he actually steered me toward buying my new ATS which I am thrilled with.
