Very nice Service Advisor, I followed him from Maroone. However the mechanics who worked on my vehicle overlooked critical safety issues. Two days after service I had to purchase 2 new tires from Goodyear, However the mechanics who worked on my vehicle overlooked critical safety issues. Two days after service I had to purchase 2 new tires from Goodyear, as the tires were not street worthy, had 5 nails that were not identified, and less than 2 quarts of oil. For a road trip to South Carolina from Florida with an elderly handicapped adult and child in this vehicle that only 2 days before was 'serviced', we are so fortunate that we did not have a blow-out on the road! Will go back to Maroone in the future with my business. I have no confidence with the Service department at this dealership. More
Was happy with the service until I had a major problem with my 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. After waiting THREE WEEKS with no car, the service manager Daryl offered to make my car payment that month. Knowing it was too good to be true, I recorded the phone call and a month later when I called to find out why I hadn't received a check he replied back with "what check?" - I gave him a few chances to right his wrongs and apologize for lying and move on with the repair (they actually replaced the differential and when I got back on the road the same day it went out again... did they even actually replace it?) but instead he went to corporate before I did and lied again, telling them I "threatened his life" and accusing ME of lying about the car payment he offered. Sure enough, when I played the recorded phone call to GM Corporate they righted HIS wrongs and replaced my vehicle and treated me the way a customer who just bought a $75,000 car should be treated. Be careful when dealing with this dealership!!! I bought my second CTS-V Coupe from Ed-Morse Bayview on Sunrise and US1 and they have treated me like royalty; the way a customer should be treated!!! More
