I was quickly greeted by my service advisor Eric, who professionally guided me through the whole process. Our concerns were addressed and with a short turnaround. The Service Consultant was very friendly and explained what would be done, his service overall was 5 stars. The diagnostic for my car was that the lock cylinders of both doors had to be changed. Went to the Parts department and was very disappointed to find out the parts were not in stock at the dealership nor in Michigan. If they had had it, the labor to change both locks was over $900.00.
