Everyone was super nice, I was kept informed of my car's progress, the price of the repair. The 5 year bumper-to-bumper warranty had just expired 5 months ago, and my car only has 8700 garage kept miles o progress, the price of the repair. My only criticism is that I wish someone would've tried to call GM and see if they could have done SOMETHING for me all things considered. $3400 is A LOT of money! There were apparently a few screws missing from the underneath 🤔🤷🏻♀️, so everything was replaced and repaired. I asked the same question I just did on a previous rating, but haven't yet received a response. Other than that, I would highly recommend Vera. More

Service center employee David was excellent. Pricing too high. I did some of the work because of David. No loaner available. I got the impression it was because my car is 2017. The follow up on my initial request for service with loaner was inefficient by text. They never followed up. I have to connect several times until they connected me with David. Paying was also very convenient via text. More
