Giovanni at Vera Motors was extremely helpful in bringing my Cadillac SRX in for service. I did a drop-off and he communicated with me throughout the day. I had an issue with a small oil leak, and he worked my Cadillac SRX in for service. I did a drop-off and he communicated with me throughout the day. It helps to have a service advisor that knows you and your vehicle. I used Cadillac Roadside and they didn’t tell me my battery was die. They recharged my battery - failing to inform me the battery was n your vehicle. I used Cadillac Roadside and they didn’t tell me my battery was die.
