Vera Cadillac - Service Center

After I picked up my car for which the shifter was adjusted, it was noted that after removing the dash mySCREEN lacked function. The screen is quite an expensive part. Not sure what to do. !! I was recently told that removing the dash places a risk to your screen. I feel like it must take an expert to carefully and with proper training to remove the screen.
