How many times do I have to tell you… I have sent 2 email messages and 3 phone messages explaining this circumstance… as well as verbal complaints during the time this was taking place…why now am I getting attention? I wasn’t important before? Vera needs to address the words “customer service”… as we are the ones providing $$$ for salaries! Too little too late…
