We new the vehicle that we wanted and we were told that there were several vehicles on sale including the model that we wanted to purchase. I stated that I wanted a 2017 model assuming that the salesmen would show me a new vehicle. Well after waiting for a while I was shown a used vehicle. We ended going back to the actual dealership. I will take the blame for not being more specific. The salesmen kept showing me models that were overpriced. I went online and found that they had the vehicle that I wanted at a price that was 11000$ less compared to the vehicles that were being shown to me. Finally after waiting for a long while the vehicle was found. We bought the vehicle. Now when a person gets a vehicle that vehicle should be perfectly detailed. The interior roof liner was dirty. Also when a customer who is going to spend 43000$ has been waiting 4 -6 hrs, maybe a glass of water or cup of coffee should be offered. The only person who offered me something was the finance officer on the way out. Very disappointing for a dealership of this quality. More

He also informed me the price of the truck was non negotiable because it had a "15,000 dollar lift kit installed". Really? Seriously? Must be gold plated at that price. We own a Ford F-250 and my husband purchased and installed a ReadyLIFT SST Lift Kit for less than $500. 15k ? When you trade a truck in, you don't get any money back for a lift kit the dealership didn't pay any extra because of the lift. I don't understand why or how you do business without knowing accurate facts regarding sales. We are members of USAA with excellent credit scores. This transaction was not meant to be. I'm sure there will be other trucks and dealers who are willing to do business. I certainly will NEVER buy or recommend VERA Cadillac FACT You lost a sale on a truck that's been sitting on your lot since March and the trade in value was $25,000. MY OFFER WAS 39,000 More

Dropped the ball with sketchy recovery attempt We initially went to Vera to get Rhino liner in our 2016 Chevy Colorado truck bed. That's a different review. On the way to the lining appointment We initially went to Vera to get Rhino liner in our 2016 Chevy Colorado truck bed. That's a different review. On the way to the lining appointment, we noticed that the seat on the driver's side was coming apart on the bottom. Juan (Rhino liner) sent us to see Edwin in service. We had to make an appointment for another day; they wouldn't even take a quick look at the seat. The day of the appointment, they took the truck for 2 hours and came back saying it was fixed. Before we even got out of the service bay we saw that it was not fixed in any way. We grabbed Edwin to show him and he said they'd have to order the seat cover, so he'll do that and call us when it comes in. Edwin sent a text the next day stating that we'd now communicate via messaging. We replied and asked for confirmation that he'd contact us when the seat was ready; got a resounding "YES SIR". About a week after our visit, via text, we got a request to complete the GM survey. We responded that we'd consider it if we'd receive and status update. Nothing. Repeated requests for an update on the status via their text msg system, met with crickets. Finally I called (on Saturday; 3wks later) to find out what was going on. The guy answering the phone says he couldn't see if it was ordered, he'd need to contact the parts department and he'd get back to me "next week". Sunday afternoon we get a text saying we have an appointment Monday morning. I called Monday and asked what it was for, since we didn't make the appointment. Edwin calls back saying "I said let you know when the seat was in". I asked pointedly if it was in, and he said "No, this appointment is to find out which part to order". Asking why it took him 3 weeks to get back to us about not ordering the part yet, he had the nerve to try to claim that it hadn't been 3 weeks. Technically, no, it was only 18 days... The initial poor repair, the lack of follow up, and the feeling that they tried to get us back into the shop 1) initially trying to claim that the part was there only after I called to follow up, and 2) without first confirming that we would even be available, leaves us with a bad feeling about the place. More
