A horrible experience that cost me money I had a horrible experience. it has been a month and I am still dealing with it. it cost me 2 days of work. 1st, I called because the AC was not worki I had a horrible experience. it has been a month and I am still dealing with it. it cost me 2 days of work. 1st, I called because the AC was not working, the service agent, Kevin, did me a favor (he kept making that remark) by seen me the next day. They loan me a rental that was not equal to my car, but I did not complain trusting the dealer. I was told no estimated time to fix and since I had to travel next week, i was better off dropping the rental before I leave. on the week my car was in service, I called and texted twice to know about the car. Considering they had told me to drop off the rental, you would think the car would be ready, but it was not. it was ready until friday, so for two days, the guys told me to return the rental and be careless. This represented 2 uber around $ 45 and a long walk. I picked the car Monday, I trusted again the dealer and did not check it there. minutes after I see the door was scratch. I took it back after calling a manager named Richard, who never came to meet me. Michael helped me on this part. He and only He explained what was supposedly done to my car. Kevin never explained anything. After another week, I go pick the car up, on a Friday. after is out ofnthe dealer, I see that the ac in the rear of the car is not working. menaing, again, the dealer did not check the service they had done. You woukd think that 3rd time it would be fixed, but no I had to take it again and not on Friday, tbey could only see me the next Tuesday, so i had to spend a weekend with no ac in the rear of the car. I dropped the car and after 4 times going there, it was fixed. of course, the rental place is chsrging me 30 bucks for some gas they allegedly say I did not put. So I called your executive office and Diana said they would credit the charge. it has been 2 weeks and all I got is some fake invoice but not transaction crediting anything. it was horrible experience and it cost me 2 days works, extra money on gas to refill the rental, uber and long pains dealing with you. More

New Buick Enclave We recently with to the Miami Dade Federal Credit Union vehicle sale. We new the vehicle that we wanted and we were told that there were several vehic We recently with to the Miami Dade Federal Credit Union vehicle sale. We new the vehicle that we wanted and we were told that there were several vehicles on sale including the model that we wanted to purchase. I stated that I wanted a 2017 model assuming that the salesmen would show me a new vehicle. Well after waiting for a while I was shown a used vehicle. We ended going back to the actual dealership. I will take the blame for not being more specific. The salesmen kept showing me models that were overpriced. I went online and found that they had the vehicle that I wanted at a price that was 11000$ less compared to the vehicles that were being shown to me. Finally after waiting for a long while the vehicle was found. We bought the vehicle. Now when a person gets a vehicle that vehicle should be perfectly detailed. The interior roof liner was dirty. Also when a customer who is going to spend 43000$ has been waiting 4 -6 hrs, maybe a glass of water or cup of coffee should be offered. The only person who offered me something was the finance officer on the way out. Very disappointing for a dealership of this quality. More

He also informed me the price of the truck was non negotiable because it had a "15,000 dollar lift kit installed". Really? Seriously? Must be gold plated at that price. We own a Ford F-250 and my husband purchased and installed a ReadyLIFT SST Lift Kit for less than $500. 15k ? When you trade a truck in, you don't get any money back for a lift kit the dealership didn't pay any extra because of the lift. I don't understand why or how you do business without knowing accurate facts regarding sales. We are members of USAA with excellent credit scores. This transaction was not meant to be. I'm sure there will be other trucks and dealers who are willing to do business. I certainly will NEVER buy or recommend VERA Cadillac FACT You lost a sale on a truck that's been sitting on your lot since March and the trade in value was $25,000. MY OFFER WAS 39,000 More
