Once I got started, the service was good. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I showed up on time for my appointment at 830 but no one even spoke to me until 9:00! Also, not exactly sure if this means anything but my invoice said my oil filter was changed yet when I looked at my car stats it said I had 60% of life left on my oil filter! More
