Vera's body shop workers are very unprofessional and unethical. My 2023 Yukon was in body shop for over a month to fix several imperfections on paint throughout the vehicle. They called me to say: "It's unethical. My 2023 Yukon was in body shop for over a month to fix several imperfections on paint throughout the vehicle. They called me to say: "It's ready your Yukon" when It was not ready in FIVE times. The rear door could not close unexpectedly (baby car seat´s side) and the service repair guy "fixed" it with an allen key. That is the solution to warranty the security of my baby and other cars in the street? He said: "if it happens again you must to book an appoinment first" They gave me a loaner car with no option of baby car seat... Seriously? When they knew I need it. The consequence of this terrible experience is I decided return the car to GM under Lemon Law/breach of warranty action. Great job Vera Cadillac! More
