I spoke with Gio before my visit for a oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter change, he was great and although he would be off during my visit, he assured me that the team will take care of me. And they did! From a warm welcome by Leo, and Mikell as a fantastic Advisor to shuttle service. It was my first time taking the lyft shuttle service, and it'll take you anywhere plus pickup, which was a bonus. Although they were willing to pick up and drop off the vehicle, it was a nice day trip so I don't dread the days at service anymore. Thank you to the ones behind the scenes, especially the technicians and those I don't see who contribute to the excellent service and auto care. More
