I wanted to share my thoughts on my recent experience with your team. While I’ve consistently received excellent customer service at your establishment, this visit left me disappointed. To begin with, I want to commend Michael for his exceptional service. He went above and beyond in addressing my concerns and ensuring I felt valued as a customer. His professionalism and attention to detail stood out, and I truly appreciated his efforts. However, I was less satisfied with the quality of the work performed on my vehicle. While the check engine light issue and the recall were addressed, there were two significant concerns: 1.Tire Pressure Check: One of the routine checks listed as completed was tire pressure, but my tires were left at 31/32 psi instead of the required 35/36 psi. While this may seem minor, it raises questions about the thoroughness of other checks. If tire pressure is marked as completed, it should include proper inflation. 2.Damaged Windshield Wipers: Unfortunately, I discovered my windshield wipers had been damaged during the service. Replacing them cost me $43, and I believe this expense should have been covered by your team, as the damage occurred under your care. These issues, coupled with the lack of response to my written feedback, have left me disappointed. While this experience hasn’t deterred me from continuing to use your services over less qualified alternatives, it serves as a reminder that there’s always room for improvement in service quality, no matter how strong the customer interaction may be. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that steps will be taken to address these concerns moving forward. More
