We had an appointment to bring our GMC in Tuesday at 730 am we didnt get our truck back till Friday afternoon we feel that took alittle to long to figure out it was the negative battery cable .Communication am we didnt get our truck back till Friday afternoon we feel that took alittle to long to figure out it was the negative battery cable .Communication is a big thing with customers I had to come back up Thursday Morning to see exactly what was going on with our truck and ask to please call us and keep us updated, and he did.
